SHIPPING NOTICE!

 

USPS is running about 2 weeks late right now with all shipping.  Please be patient with a missing item, as it tends to show up about a week after we first hear that it is missing. We are working to find missing items.

 

Return Policy
  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the item arriving.

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were in when they arrived. This includes tags, stickers, boxes, etc.

  • In the case of damaged goods or incorrect orders, The Nerd Out will pay for return shipping and a refund or exchange will be issued.

  • In the case of a refund or exchange in which the item is not damaged and the order is correct, the buyer will pay for return shipping.

  • Certain items (such as stickers) are not able to be returned. If an item is not returnable, it will be noted in the product description.
